The
color differentiation making at ante section
falls into pattern scanning, texture judgment,
plate disassembly, color matching, and strikeoff
confirmation. The finished plate manuscript shall
be transmitted through the Internet for marking
print roller by electronic engraving machine.
The cylinder of print texture is made by a
precision electro-engraver. It utilizes a digital
control device throughout the entire making
process to prevent distortion phenomenon and
to achieve an accurate texture, the rich printing
effects.
